For any issues regarding cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds of purchased products, please refer to our policy given below.
If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once we ship an order or have started processing it for customization, it cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, a transaction and handling fee of 6% will be deducted from the total order value.
For cancellations after 24hrs, a transaction and handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the total order value.
Once the cancellation is processed, it may take approximately 3 weeks for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card or paypal account.
We ship from India,We are not responsible for customs clearance on international shipments. The responsibility for orders not received due to seizure by customs authorities is with the buyer.
Once we ship an order, we will share the delivery tracking details with you. The order will reach out based on the approximate days specified by the shipping partner. If there’s a delay in delivery, contact the local shipping agent. Please also let us know so we can contact the partner and help you out too.
We are not responsible for any losses caused by unsuccessful order deliveries because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if the customer is not available at the mentioned address or any other logistical issues.
We offer no refund or reshipping, if the order is lost by the shipping company or delivered to the wrong address or is stolen from the mail box/doorstep or if items are missing due to tampered package(in transit)
Exchange, Returns, and Refund policy
We offer no exchanges, refunds or accept returns on products.
However, due to certain issues we may consider. If you wish to return or exchange any item, you will need to do so within 2 days of receipt of the order.
For product to be eligible for exchange or returns, they to be in original condition, never used and ours (there are lot of products that look similar in the market, hence, we have a hidden signature). Used or washed products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange or Refund due to quality concerns
If by any unfortunate reason or circumstance, you find an issue with the quality of the product (for example: wrong texture or size), send an email to email@example.com.
Mention your order number in the email subject line, along with a detailed description of your concern in the body. Please also attach a picture of the package containing the shipping information and a picture of the product you received.
Once we receive the email, we shall look into the issue and offer you an appropriate solution.
For exchanges, you are required to bear the shipping costs and the price difference, if any. If your exchanged product is priced lower, the difference amount will be adjusted with the exchange shipping charges or refunded.
For return of products, you are required to bear the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from your total order value (as shipping costs charged at the time of placing your original order).
If we find the product to be used, damaged or not belonging to us, no refund/exchange will be considered.
When shipping the product back for the exchange or return, write down the order number and other important information (name, contact details, address) on a sheet of paper and put it along in the package.
We undertake no repair work. Any return or refund done without prior notice to us will not be considered. The loss will have to be borne by the buyer. Hence, we request you to please contact us for any issues.
