Yes!!!!!!!! Shipping is Free on most of our products, However there is a contingency Shipping on Bundles, Frontals and Closure is free on carts above 3 products. Free shipping is applicable for USA, Canada, UK, West Europe and India.
How are orders placed delivered to me?
All orders are dispatched either by FedEx/DHL delivery services
Do you ship internationally? Which countries?
We ship to all countries worldwide that fall under the delivery locations of FedEx/DHL.
How do I check if you deliver to my Zip code/pin code?
You can check if your location is serviceable on the FedEx/DHL website.
If you find any items missing in your parcel or if items aren’t as per your order, contact us within 3 days of the parcel receipt. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the missing items and your order number. However, we are not responsible, if the missing item is due to tampered package.
Once I place an order, in how long will it be dispatched?
Once you place your Bundle/Weaves order, we will ship it between 2 – 5 business days.
Some items such as Frontal, Closures, Clip-in sets, Tape extensions and others may be dispatched between 5 – 7 business days.
Wigs may take upto 10 business days to dispatch.
Note: We’re a country with diverse demographics and love celebrating many festivals. We believe in giving our workforce an off from work for such festivities and public holidays. As such, no orders will be dispatched on these days.
